Turk to be the face of British brand

Eylem, a popular name in Turkish pop music, has become the face of famous British company House of Thara for its latest perfume brand, White Gold. Singer Eylem, who is of Cypriot origin and is currently living in London, will appear in the advertisement of the perfume. Her face will also be used in its posters and all other events promoting the perfume. She has signed a one-year contract with the company.

The owner of House of Thara, Dawn Boyle, said they wanted to work with a Muslim woman in the promotion of their new perfume, and had chosen Eylem since she was a modern woman but also traditional. She added that they were impressed by her natural beauty and that she fitted for the image of their new perfume.
