Onur Belge, a veteran Turkish sports journalist and former football player, passed away Sept. 5 after suffering a heart attack on Kınalıada, an Istanbul Island. Belge, 69, was the former head of the Association of Turkish Sports Journalists and a former member of the Turkish Journalists’ Association. He was also a former Hürriyet columnist.
